How Charley Made £1400 In A DAY With Permanent Jewellery

There’s nothing that gives us greater joy than seeing our students succeed, and catching up with Charley and seeing how she smashed all of her permanent jewellery goals in only a few months is a perfect example of this. 

Charley is in the beauty industry and has a busy salon but she was getting a little tired of the lash grind and the fact her beauty business had slowed a little. She was looking for something new and exciting that meant she could work smarter and not harder.

Permanent jewellery caught her eye and she could see how it would fit in amazingly with her current clients and also offer her opportunities to get out of the salon and do some bigger events, and also be able to command a higher price for it. She trained with us only a few months ago and it has been incredible watching her set up her own business since. 

In only a few months, Charley has managed to collaborate with huge salons in Oxford, and in only a few hours earned over £1400. She’s also hosted large pop ups at other shops, managing to cement her business as a fun and immersive partner for events. 

So how did she do it?

When we caught up with Charley for lunch, she told us her tactics were simply to put herself out there and ask people. You have to expect a lot of no’s, because in those no’s will be yeses. And that’s what we push hugely in our training, and why we include business mentorship for those who haven’t run a business before. Actually putting yourself out there and asking to partner with people is a sure fire way to make your business more visible. 

At this meeting she also told us that she had set herself major goals to complete and had ticked them all off one by one, and now has an even bigger set of goals for this year. Permanent jewellery has become even busier than her salon and she just wants to grow it even more, 

Watching Charley certainly gave us a lot of pride and inspiration because she took her training and everything we said and ran with it. And so what’s next for Charley?

Well she’s currently working on something amazing with Eternal Bond. That was what our lunch was about. 

When we started training, we vowed from the start that students and their success would be at the centre of everything we did, and so being able to collaborate and work with our students, especially those who implement everything they learn with the training. And creating incredible opportunities together is the exact reason we started this business.
