 By signing this waiver, l acknowledge that I am purchasing a piece of jewellery from Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited and availing of their welding service to create a permanent jewellery item.

Assumption of Risk:

I undestand that jewellery, like any delicate item, may be subject to wear and tear over time. While Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited takes all necessary precautions to ensure the quality and durability of the welding service, I acknowledge that there is inherent risk associated with wearing any jewellery item, including the possibility of breakage, loss, or damage.

Although this service is called Permanent Jewellery, it is important to understand that no jewellery is completely indestructible. All chains have a natural weak point designed to release under pressure. This is a safety feature intended to help prevent injury in the rare event the jewellery becomes snagged or pulled with force. While our pieces are crafted with high-quality materials and intended for long-term wear, they are not immune to breakage and should always be treated with care.

Allergies:

I acknowledge the risk of allergic reactions to metals in permanent jewellery and release Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited from liability for any reactions I may experience. I understand that even hypoallergenic metals can cause reactions and accept this risk by signing below.

Breakages/Damage to Jewellery:

I acknowledge that Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited provides a complimentary welding service for the jewellery chain purchased from them, if it breaks at the original welded point within 28 days of the initial welding service. I must contact Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited and present the jewellery item for repair during this 28 day period. In such cases, the welding service will be provided free of charge. I acknowledge that if the chain has been broken at another point, then a replacement or repair cost may be charged.

After the initial 28 days following the welding service, any subsequent repairs or welding required for the jewellery chain may incur a service charge. The cost of the welding service will be determined by Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited and communicated to me before any work is carried out.

Care and Maintenance:

I understand that proper care and maintenance of the jewellery chain are crucial for its longevity. Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited will provide me with guidelines for maintaining the jewellery item, and I agree to follow those guidelines to the best of my ability.

Liability Waiver:

In consideration of the services provided by Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited, I hereby release and discharge Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any damage, loss, or injury that may occur while wearing the jewellery chain purchased from Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited or during any welding service provided by them.

Photography and Marketing:

I give Eternal Bond Permanent Jewellery Limited permission to photograph my jewellery and procedure for their own marketing and promotional purposes.

Legal Capacity:

I confirm that I am of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this waiver. I have read this waiver carefully, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
